Far East Holdings International (HKG:0036) said the listing committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange upheld an earlier decision to delist the company's shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the property investor fell over 25% in morning trade Monday.
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange previously informed the company that its shares will be suspended from trading for failing to maintain a sufficient level of operations.
The firm said it was considering whether to appeal the decision.
