Net loss for the first half of 2025 was $5.5 million, compared to a net loss of $60.1 million in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA was $2.5 million, down from $6 million in the first half of 2024. EV insurance premiums reached $697.6 million for the period, an increase from $330.2 million a year earlier. Technology Services revenue rose to $24.3 million from $21.9 million. Auto Services revenue was $100.1 million, compared to $107.5 million in the same period last year. Total operating costs and expenses decreased to $223.5 million from $261.7 million. Integrated Service Costs were $101.5 million, compared to $107.6 million in the prior year period.
