Digital China Information Service Group Company Ltd., a 39.92% owned subsidiary of Digital China Holdings Ltd., reported its unaudited consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2025. The subsidiary recorded revenue of RMB 8.673 billion, up 29.84% from RMB 6.680 billion in the same period last year. The net loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to RMB 106.8 million from RMB 117.9 million in the previous period. For the third quarter of 2025, the company reported revenue of RMB 4.250 billion, an increase of RMB 1.666 billion compared to the same quarter last year. The net loss attributable to shareholders for the quarter was RMB 10 million, which represents an improvement of RMB 31 million year-on-year. During the reporting period, Digital China Information Service Group continued to expand its market influence with new projects, including general ledger projects for Bank of Qingdao, a financial data mart project for Mintai Bank, and liquidity risk projects for Bank of Jiaxing.
