CommScope Holding Company Inc. reported consolidated net sales of $1.63 billion for the third quarter of 2025, a 50.6% increase compared to $1.08 billion in the same period of 2024. RemainCo net sales, reflecting the RUCKUS and Access Network Solutions (ANS) segments and excluding the Connectivity and Cable Solutions $(CCS)$ segment, were $516.3 million, up 49.4% from $345.5 million a year earlier. GAAP income from continuing operations was $106.9 million, compared to a loss of $96.7 million in the third quarter of 2024. Consolidated non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was $402.5 million, a 97% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of revenues improved to 24.7% from 18.9% in the previous year. RemainCo non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was $90.6 million. CommScope generated $151.4 million in cash flow from operations and reported free cash flow of $135.0 million in the quarter. The company raised its 2025 consolidated adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $1.30 billion to $1.35 billion and its RemainCo adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $350 million to $375 million. The company expects the CCS segment deal to close in the first quarter of 2026.
