Nippon Life India Asset Management Board Approves Sundeep Sikka's Appointment as MD, CEO for Five Years

Nippon Life India Asset Management (NSE:NAM-INDIA, BOM:540767) said its board has approved the appointment of Sundeep Sikka as managing director and chief executive officer for a new five-year term, effective April 22, 2026 to April 21, 2031.

Sikka, who currently serves as Executive Director and CEO, will continue in his present role until the end of his ongoing tenure on April 21, 2026, the company said in an exchange filing.

His appointment will be not liable to retire by rotation, it added.
