Jiangsu Expressway's (HKG:0177, SHA:600377) net profit attributable to the shareholders in the third quarter rose 3.1% year on year to 1.41 billion yuan, or 0.2805 yuan per share, according to a Hong Kong bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The Chinese expressway operator's Hong Kong shares slipped 1%, while Shanghai shares rose less than 1% during the morning trade.

Operating income fell 13% from a year earlier to 3.58 billion yuan.
