Telus (TU) said Friday it completed the acquisition of all Telus Digital (TIXT) shares that it did not already own for $4.50 per share in a deal valued at about $539 million.

Telus said it now owns 100% of Telus Digital, which will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.

The acquisition was approved by Telus Digital shareholders on Oct. 27, the company said.
