TAL Education Group reported unaudited financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 ended August 31, 2025. Net revenues were $861.4 million, a 39.1% increase from $619.4 million in the same period of the previous year. Income from operations reached $96.1 million, compared to $47.6 million a year earlier. Net income attributable to TAL was $155.4 million for the first six months of fiscal year 2026, up from $68.8 million in the first six months of fiscal year 2025. Non-GAAP net income attributable to TAL was $177.9 million, compared to $103.9 million in the prior year period. Basic and diluted net income per ADS for the first six months of fiscal year 2026 were both $0.26, while non-GAAP basic and diluted net income per ADS were both $0.30. The company stated that both enrichment learning programs and learning devices contributed to revenue growth, with continued investments in user experience, technology, and educational model innovations. TAL plans to allocate resources to key areas to support sustainable growth and expand access to educational content.
