Net income for the third quarter of 2025 was $297.0 million, compared to a net loss of $2,958.0 million in the third quarter of 2024. For the first nine months of 2025, net income was $706.0 million versus a net loss of $2,362.0 million for the same period in 2024. During the third quarter, Sirius XM reduced its debt by $120.0 million and returned $111.0 million to shareholders. Business highlights included special programming such as the return of Taylor Swift's Channel 13, a pop-up channel and concert with Ed Sheeran, and the launch of the Maximum Metallica channel.
