Caesars Entertainment Inc. reported net revenues of $2.9 billion for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, unchanged from the same period in 2024. The company recorded a net loss of $55 million, compared to a net loss of $9 million in the prior-year period. Same-store Adjusted EBITDA was $884 million, down from $996 million in the third quarter of 2024. By segment, Las Vegas net revenues were $952 million, compared to $1.06 billion in the same period last year, a decrease of 9.8%. Regional net revenues increased to $1.54 billion from $1.45 billion, a rise of 6.2%. Caesars Digital net revenues were $311 million, up 2.6% from $303 million in the third quarter of 2024. Caesars Digital Adjusted EBITDA was $28 million, down from $52 million in the prior-year period.
