SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. reported its third quarter 2025 earnings, with net sales rising 4% to $1,258.2 million compared to the third quarter of 2024. Organic Daily Sales increased 3%. Gross profit grew 6% to $437.2 million, and gross margin improved by 70 basis points to 34.7%. Selling, general and administrative expenses (SG&A) as a percentage of net sales decreased by 50 basis points to 28.4%. Net income attributable to SiteOne rose 33% to $59.1 million. After the quarter, the company completed the acquisition of Red's Home & Garden and repurchased $20.0 million of shares under its share repurchase authorization. Net debt as of September 28, 2025, was $422.5 million, down from $449.3 million as of September 29, 2024.
