NOVONIX (ASX:NVX) says FCA US LLC, a unit of Netherlands-headquartered Stellantis, terminated its graphite offtake agreement with the company effective immediately, as the parties were unable to agree upon the specifications of the deal, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Shares of the company fell 12% in recent Tuesday trade.
