Apple Hospitality REIT Inc. reported net income of $50.9 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, a decrease of 9.6% compared to $56.3 million for the same period in 2024. Comparable Hotels Occupancy for the quarter was 76%, down 1.2%; average daily rate (ADR) was $163, down 0.6%; and revenue per available room (RevPAR) was $124, down 1.8%. As of September 30, 2025, the company owned 220 hotels with a total of 29,687 guest rooms. During the first nine months of 2025, Apple Hospitality invested approximately $50 million in capital expenditures and expects to invest $80 million to $90 million in capital improvements for the year. The company reported total outstanding debt of approximately $1.5 billion, a cash balance of about $50 million, and $648 million available under its revolving credit facility.
