Warriedar Resources (ASX:WA8) said that a second court hearing to approve the company's proposed acquisition by Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) via a Court-approved share and option schemes of arrangement will be held on Nov. 13 in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Shareholders can oppose the scheme by filing a notice of appearance and affidavit at least one day before the hearing, the filing said.
