Domino's Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP) has agreed to sell its printing subsidiary, Impressu Print Group, to a unit of IVE Group (ASX:IGL) for around AU$13.5 million in cash, with completion due in November, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Impressu will continue supplying the company under a long-term agreement with IVE Group on standard commercial terms, per the filing.

The company anticipates that the sale will have no significant effect on the group's fiscal year 2026 earnings outlook, the filing added.
