ConnectM Technology Solutions Inc. is expanding its capabilities in the energy sector with the acquisition of Amperics, a developer of advanced hybrid battery-supercapacitor technology. Amperics' proprietary TiO₂-based battery platform, known for its high power, long cycle life, and enhanced safety, will now become part of the Keen Labs product line, ConnectM's AI and technology subsidiary. This move enables ConnectM to accelerate deployment of high-performance batteries and energy-as-a-service offerings for applications such as grid stabilization, data center energy buffering, and electric fleet charging. The combination of Amperics' technology with Keen Labs' software and ConnectM's service ecosystem aims to transform distributed batteries into dynamic, revenue-generating assets, supporting a more resilient and intelligent energy grid.
