Kafelaku Coffee (HKG:1869) elected executive director Cui Zhiqiang to replace Leung Ka Wai as chairman, effective Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Leung will remain an executive director at the restaurant operator.

Cui is a substantial shareholder of the firm, holding 29.06% of its issued share capital, and father of CEO Cui Zifeng.
