The company expanded and extended its credit facility to $1.26 billion, with $955 million undrawn, and plans to use proceeds to address upcoming convertible notes. Credit ratings were upgraded by S&P, Fitch Ratings, and Moody's. For the fourth quarter, RingCentral expects total revenue of $638 to $646 million and a GAAP operating margin of 6.5% to 7.5%.
