Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology (SHE:002865) Chief Financial Officer Huang Falian stepped down, citing personal work arrangements, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Shares jumped 2% during afternoon trading on Monday.

Huang's term was supposed to expire on July 31, 2028.

Zhou Xiaohui will succeed Falian as CFO of the company, effective upon board approval, the filing said.
