0807 GMT - Indonesian equities appear to be supported by an improving domestic macro landscape, HSBC Global Investment Research analysts write in a report. There's been recent measures to stimulate demand and increase investments. The country's monetary policy is also much more favorable, HSBC says. "This should help growth recover next year, a factor not yet reflected in equity valuations," HSBC adds, noting that Indonesian equities are very cheap and their dividend yield is the highest in the region. HSBC remains overweight on Indonesia's equity market.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
