GungHo Online Entertainment Inc. reported its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Net sales for the period were 23,007 million yen, showing a decrease of 3,805 million yen compared to the previous quarter. Consolidated gross profit was 10,413 million yen, a decrease of 1,590 million yen quarter on quarter, with a gross profit margin of 45.3%, up by 0.5% from the previous quarter. Operating profit for the third quarter was 848 million yen, a decrease of 1,341 million yen quarter on quarter, resulting in an operating profit margin of 3.7%, down by 4.5% quarter on quarter. The company attributed the decrease in profit to increased outsourcing expenses for new title development and higher advertising expenses. Advertising expenses for the third quarter were 2,671 million yen, representing a decrease of 595 million yen quarter on quarter. The company continued efforts to attract more users through seasonal events and collaborations for "Puzzle & Dragons," although sales slowed down in July when there were no collaborative events. Subsidiary Gravity Co., Ltd. launched new Ragnarok-related titles in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Korea during the quarter. As of the end of the third quarter, GungHo had 462 non-consolidated employees and 1,637 consolidated employees.
