China Netcom Technologies Holdings Ltd. has announced several management changes effective from 7 November 2025. Mr. Sun Haitao has resigned as executive director, chairman, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, and chief executive officer. Ms. Liu Jia has resigned as independent non-executive director and member of the nomination, remuneration, and audit committees. Mr. Zheng Minggao has been appointed as executive director, chairman, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee. Ms. Feng Yu has been appointed as independent non-executive director and member of the nomination, remuneration, and audit committees. Mr. Zhu Zhengyang has been appointed as chief executive officer.
