Excluding Maui wildfire-related expenses and costs related to the review of strategic options for Pacific Current, core income from continuing operations was $33.0 million, or $0.19 per share, compared to $33.0 million, or $0.29 per share, in the third quarter of 2024. Hawaiian Electric's net income for the quarter was $37.0 million, up from a net loss of $83.0 million in the same period last year, mainly due to the absence of the $203.0 million wildfire liability accrual recorded in 2024 and $6.0 million in higher revenues. The company expanded its credit facility to $600.0 million from $375.0 million and completed a $500.0 million debt issuance during the quarter.
