Ingdan Inc. has announced the signing of a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Shenzhen Huixin Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., the core operating unit of the National Innovation Center For Advanced Radio Frequency Devices (NARFD). The two parties intend to cooperate on the joint development of an AIoT innovative enterprise incubation platform. Under the proposed collaboration, Ingdan will leverage its expertise in AI chip applications and supply chain integration, while NARFD will contribute its resources in research, incubation, and capital to support AIoT startups. The MOU outlines the intention to establish a comprehensive ecosystem for AIoT innovation, but does not constitute a legally binding agreement, and the cooperation may or may not proceed.
