*ANGLO AMERICAN: Hong Kong-listed mining and metals company MMG's 1208.HK plan to buy Anglo American AAL.L's nickel business in Brazil could enable MMG to divert ferronickel from European markets and hurt European stainless steel production, EU antitrust regulators said on Tuesday.

* TESLA: Tesla's TSLA.O UK car sales halved year-over-year in October, data from research group New AutoMotive showed on Wednesday, echoing the steep falls the U.S. electric vehicle maker saw in other European countries.
