Beverage company Primo Brands said Robbert Rietbroek has stepped down as chief executive and resigned from the board, and director Eric Foss was appointed the company's new executive chairman and CEO.
The company on Thursday also said C. Dean Metropoulos stepped down as non-executive board chairman.
Foss was previously chief executive of $Aramark(ARMK-W)$ and the chief executive of Pepsi Bottling Group.
Rietbroek will be entitled to receive separation pay and benefits, the Tampa, Fla., company said in a securities filing on Thursday.
Foss will receive a base salary of $1.5 million and be eligible for a bonus with a target value of double his base salary and maximum value of triple his base salary, Primo Brands said. Foss will also be entitled to receive an annual long-term incentive stock award, it said. For fiscal 2026, the award will have a target value of $6 million.
Foss will also be eligible for up to 115 hours a year in private-aircraft usage for business activities, the company said.
Shares were down 15% to $19.32 early in the session.
