AIMS APAC REIT's (SGX:O5RU) distribution per unit or DPU was up 1.1% in the fiscal half year ended Sept. 30 to SG$0.0472 from SG$0.0467 a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Distribution to unitholders was up 1.6% to SG$38.6 million from SG$38.0 million.

Net property income was up 1.1% to SG$68.4 million from SG$67.6 million a year earlier.

Gross revenue was marginally up by 0.2% year over year to SG$93.7 million from SG$93.5 million.

The REIT's portfolio occupancy stood at 93.3% as of end-September, backed by positive rental reversions of 7.7%.
