Gogo Inc. reported third quarter 2025 total revenue of $223.6 million, an increase of 122% compared to the same period in 2024. Service revenue was $190.0 million, up 132% year-over-year. The company recorded a net loss of $1.9 million, which includes a $15 million pre-tax acquisition-related earn-out accrual. Adjusted EBITDA was $56.2 million, up 61% from the previous year. Satcom Direct contributed $121.8 million in revenue for the quarter. Gogo shipped over 200 units of its new Low Earth Orbit HDX antenna year-to-date and set a record with 437 Air-to-Ground equipment shipments in the quarter. The company remains on track for a year-end 2025 launch of its high-speed 5G Air-to-Ground network and reiterated its 2025 financial guidance at the high end of projected ranges.
