Solo Brands Inc. reported third quarter 2025 net sales of $53.0 million, a decrease of 43.7% from $94.1 million in the same period last year, primarily due to lower sales in the Solo Stove segment as retail partners reduced excess inventory and the company adjusted promotional activity. Chubbies segment direct-to-consumer net sales were relatively flat, while retail channel sales declined. For the first nine months of 2025, net sales declined 28.4% to $222.5 million. Gross profit for the nine months was $131.1 million, or 58.9% of net sales, down 24.0% from the prior year. Operating expenses decreased by 42.5% to $167.7 million, mainly due to restructuring and lower marketing spend. The company generated $11.0 million in operating cash flow in the third quarter, marking its second consecutive quarter of positive cash flow. Recent product launches, including the Summit 24" and Infinity Flame firepits, improved year-over-year sales trends in October.
