Mithril Resources (ASX:MTH) said high-grade intercepts were returned from initial drilling at Target 5 at the Copalquin gold-silver district in Mexico, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
A total of 13 drill holes have been completed at the target area, and assays have been received for the first eight holes, which have all reported mineralized intercepts.
It encountered intercepts of 2.75 meters at 660 grams per tonne of silver-equivalent, including 2.28 g/t gold as well as 500 g/t grade of silver from 93.6 meters and 1.25 meters at 728 g/t of silver-equivalent, including 4.55 g/t grade of gold and 409 g/t grade of silver from 119.2 meters.
