Recce Pharmaceuticals (ASX:RCE) received its "first strike" against its remuneration report during its annual general meeting on Wednesday.
Of the total number of votes cast, over 19% of the votes were in favor of the executive pay report, while nearly 81% were against it, a same-day filing with the Australian bourse showed.
More than 25% of shareholders' votes cast against a remuneration report resolution makes a "strike," according to the Corporations Act of 2001.
Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
