Sinclair Inc. reported a net loss attributable to the company of $1 million for the third quarter of 2025, compared to net income of $94 million in the same period in 2024. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the company reported a net loss of $221 million, down from net income of $134 million for the same period in 2024. Media revenue increased by $29 million for the quarter and $67 million for the nine-month period, mainly due to higher advertising revenue following the acquisition of Digital Remedy. Media expenses rose by $24 million for the quarter and $58 million for the nine-month period, primarily due to increased selling, general, and administrative costs related to the acquisition. Distribution revenue decreased by 3% for the quarter and 1% for the nine-month period. Non-media revenue fell by $6 million for the nine months, mainly due to lower broadcast equipment sales. The company recognized $93 million in gains from the sale of certain equity method investments during the nine months ended September 30, 2024.
