Mobile Infrastructure Corporation reported total revenue of $9.1 million for the third quarter of 2025, compared to $9.8 million in the prior-year period and $9.0 million in the previous quarter. The company recorded a net loss of $6.4 million, versus a $1.9 million net loss in the same period last year and $4.7 million in the second quarter. Net Operating Income (NOI) was $5.5 million, down from $6.1 million a year ago and up slightly from $5.4 million in the previous quarter. Contract volumes increased by 8.0% year-to-date. The company completed a $100 million asset-backed securitization, increasing capital flexibility. Mobile Infrastructure expects to have approximately $30 million of non-core assets under contract or sold by the end of 2025 as part of its ongoing asset rotation strategy.
