Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. announced that on 11 November 2025, it entered into a Financing Guarantee Framework Agreement with Kunming Water Group. Under the terms of the agreement, Kunming Water Group will provide guarantees for the company's loans and credit facilities. Previously, the two parties had a Mutual Guarantee Agreement, allowing each to provide up to RMB500 million in guarantees for loans and credit facilities to each other and their subsidiaries. As of the announcement, the maximum guarantee amount provided by Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. for Kunming Water Group and its subsidiaries remains at RMB500 million, with approximately RMB200 million utilized and RMB100 million already fully repaid. Similarly, Kunming Water Group's RMB500 million guarantee for the company has been fully utilized, with all terms remaining unchanged. Both companies are not connected persons under regulatory definitions.
