Red Hill Minerals (ASX:RHI) started a 2,000-meter diamond drilling program at the Anabama project in South Australia, to target copper-gold mineralisation, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The drilling is expected to be completed by late December, the filing said.

Shares of the company rose past 1% in recent Monday trade.
