Downer EDI (ASX:DOW) secured an up to 15-year, AU$750 million contract with Chevron Australia, effective January 2026, to deliver maintenance, management, and small capital projects for assets at Chevron's Western Australia facilities, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in recent Monday trade in Australia.
