Central China Real Estate Limited announced its unaudited contracted sales data for October 2025. The Group reported property contracted sales of RMB561 million for the month, representing a year-on-year decrease of 41.1%. The contracted sales gross floor area $(GFA)$ was 80,916 square metres, down 49.3% year-on-year, while the average selling price per square metre increased by 15.5% to RMB6,933. For the ten months ended 31 October 2025, the Group achieved total property contracted sales of RMB6,682 million, a year-on-year decrease of 12.1%. The total contracted sales GFA for the period was 1,051,175 square metres, down 7.9% year-on-year, with the average selling price per square metre at RMB6,357, representing a decrease of 4.6% compared to the same period last year. The company noted that the disclosed sales data are unaudited and based on preliminary internal management records, and may differ from figures in regular reports.
