CIFI (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 1.10 billion yuan in October, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 113,300 square meters, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were up nearly 2% in Wednesday's midday trade.

The property developer's average selling price for the month stood at 10,100 yuan per square meter.

From January to October, contracted sales and GFA totaled about 14.2 billion yuan and 1.4 million square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 10,900 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
