UMS Integration (SGX:558) received in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange for the listing and quotation of over 177.6 million bonus shares, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The approval has been granted to list the bonus shares on the basis of one bonus share for every four existing shares held by shareholders.
