Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) said the results from the final 16 diamond drill holes drilled as part of a recent campaign conducted at the Ferké gold project in the Ivory Coast expanded "volume potential" for a bulk tonnage project, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The campaign extended gold mineralization at the Ouarigue prospect in all directions, and it hit intercepts of 35.7 meters at 3.81 grams-per-tonne grade of gold from 512.3 meters, as well as 13 meters at 5.94 g/t grade of gold from 57 meters.
The firm plans to begin a reverse circulation drilling campaign in November, focused on expanding gold mineralization.
The firm's shares fell 1% in recent trading on Tuesday.
