Heatec Jietong (SGX:5OR) completed the disposal of a 60% stake in Setya Energy, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up over 7% in Wednesday trading.

This comes after the company agreed to dispose of around 60% of its stake in Setya Energy to Lim Kay Cheong for SG$1. Heatec Jietong now holds no interest in the target company.
