Sun Art Retail Group Limited reported unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. Revenue declined by 12.1% to RMB 30,502 million, compared to RMB 34,708 million for the same period in 2024. Gross profit decreased by 9.5% to RMB 7,719 million. Profit from operations fell by 56.4% to RMB 271 million. The Group recorded a loss attributable to equity shareholders of RMB 123 million, compared to a profit of RMB 206 million a year earlier. Basic and diluted loss per share was RMB 0.01, compared to earnings per share of RMB 0.02 in the prior period. Cash and cash equivalents at 30 September 2025 stood at RMB 7,844 million, up from RMB 6,798 million at 1 April 2025. The Group's principal activity remains the operation of brick-and-mortar stores and online sales channels in the People's Republic of China.
