China Everbright Greentech (HKG:1257) completed the issue of 1 billion yuan of perpetual medium-term bonds on Nov. 6, a Nov. 7 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the environmental protection services company were down 1% in Monday afternoon trading.

The bonds have a coupon rate of 2.23% per annum for the initial three years, following which, if the bonds are not redeemed, the rate will be reset every three years.

The firm will use proceeds from the issue to repay debts, replenish its working capital, invest in and construct its environmental protection projects, and for other business development purposes.
