DocGo Inc. reported total revenue of $70.8 million for the third quarter of 2025, down from $138.7 million in the same period of 2024. The decrease was attributed to the wind-down of migrant-related programs, which contributed $8.4 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2025 compared to $80.7 million in the prior year. Excluding migrant-related programs, revenue increased 8% to $62.4 million from $58.0 million in the third quarter of 2024. The company noted record volumes across its core mobile health and medical transportation businesses. Management stated that each service line, except for care gap closure and primary care offerings, was adjusted EBITDA positive on a contribution basis. DocGo issued 2026 guidance projecting a base business revenue increase of 12% to 20%, based on already contracted revenues, and expects to exit 2026 with an adjusted EBITDA positive run rate at the top end of the range.
