** Shares of Jade Gas Holdings JGH.AX rise as much as 5.6% to A$0.038

** Gas explorer signs A$70 million ($45.49 million) letter of intent with Chinese gas equipment manufacturer Langrun

** Letter of intent for non-dilutive project financing for the first stage of Jade’s Phase 1 LNG Project development

** Near 2.2 mln shares traded so far vs 30-day average of 1.4 mln shares

** Stock has fallen 2.7% this year, as of last close

($1 = 1.5389 Australian dollars)
