Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 403 million yuan in October, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 36,000 square meters, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

For the ten months ended Oct. 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 4.34 billion yuan and 353,000 square meters, respectively.
