Nanjing Sample Technology (HKG:1708) removed Sha Min from the positions of chairman and CEO and appointed Liu Fei to the posts, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The move came as Sha did not have enough time to give to the roles, according to the system integration company.

Liu Fei was also redesignated to executive director from non-executive director previously.
