BUZZ-France's Esso shares climb as <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/NAAC">North Atlantic</a> finalises ExxonMobil stake purchase

** Shares in ExxonMobil's XOM.N French subsidiary Esso ESSF.PA jumped 18% after North Atlantic announced the final pricing of its contemplated acquisition of ExxonMobil's stake in the group

** On Tuesday North Atlantic announced the final purchase price for the acquisition of ExxonMobil's stake in Esso, at 26.19 euro ($30.54) per share

** The price North Atlantic would pay to minority shareholders of Esso as part of the tender offer would be 28.93 euro per share

** The transaction is expected to close on November 28 this year, North Atlantic said

** Share on track for a best day since March 21, if gains hold
