American Resources Corporation and its subsidiary ReElement Technologies have entered into a strategic partnership with the Republic of Uzbekistan to advance the critical mineral supply chain, beginning with tungsten. The agreement establishes a framework for sourcing, processing, and refining critical minerals-including tungsten, germanium, and rare earth elements-to bolster economic and industrial cooperation between the United States and Uzbekistan. The partnership will create a Joint Working Group to develop feasibility studies, define investment structures, and coordinate project implementation, with participation from financial institutions and strategic investors from both countries. The collaboration aims to leverage Uzbekistan's mineral resources and ReElement's refining technology to ensure a secure and sustainable supply of high-value materials essential for national security and advanced manufacturing.
