China Qinfa Group Limited announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary, PT Sumber Daya Energi (SDE), has entered into a coal supply agreement with Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific Holding Limited. Under the agreement, Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific will purchase coal from SDE. The actual transaction amount for coal purchases by Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific from SDE within the 12 months prior to the agreement and up to the date of the agreement is approximately RMB319 million. The estimated transaction amount under the new coal supply agreement is expected to be not more than RMB90 million, based on the latest coal price. If the transaction amount exceeds the estimated amount due to coal price movements, the company will comply with relevant announcement requirements under the Listing Rules.
